A pesar de la distancia

Este es mi primer sencillo. Nunca supe bien cómo describirlo, pero diría que es algo parecido al pop orquestal, ya que me he inspirado mucho en la música clásica y barroca para las melodías de los violines y de los violonchelos, y lo he fusionado con otras formas de expresarse que coinciden con la mezcla de gustos musicales que tenemos yo y la persona a la que le dediqué esta canción. Originalmente, debería ser tocada por una orquesta con violines, violonchelos, un piano y un coro para el final (nombrando solo los instrumentos que tienen que ver con el lado "clásico" de la pieza), pero por falta de recursos y presupuesto tuve que hacer esta primera versión "estudio", con una orquesta "casera", que obviamente no suena igual de bien que una real. Sin embargo, esta versión también tiene su magia, y trabajaré para hacer la versión final, que habitó desde el inicio en mi mente y en mi corazón. This is my first single. I’ve never really known how to describe it, but I’d say it’s something like baroque pop, since I drew a lot of inspiration from classical and baroque music for the violin and cello melodies, and I’ve fused that with other forms of expression that reflect the mix of musical tastes that the person I dedicated this song to and I share. Originally, it was meant to be performed by an orchestra with violins, cellos, a piano, and a choir for the finale (to name just the instruments related to the “classical” side of the piece), but due to a lack of resources and budget, I had to create this first “studio” version with a “homemade” orchestra, which obviously doesn’t sound as good as a real one. However, this version also has its own magic, and I’ll work on creating the final version—the one that has lived in my mind and heart from the very beginning.
